These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and j199 ("j199", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the j199 website, mobile interface, sports betting services, live casino, and all associated products and features accessible at j199.cam and any related sub-domains or applications.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the j199 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the j199 platform.
• "Balance" — the net funds held in a Player's Account, displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), inclusive of deposited funds and any applicable bonus credit where stated.
• "Bonus Credit" — promotional funds or free bets credited to an Account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions stated at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and verification process required by the operator to confirm a Player's identity, age and payment details before withdrawals are processed.
• "PKR / Rs" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed on j199.
• "Platform" — the j199 website, mobile web interface, and all associated betting and gaming services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or from which j199 is otherwise restricted from accepting registrations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the multiple of a bonus amount that must be wagered on eligible markets before associated bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn.
• "We / Us / Our" — j199 and its operator entity as identified in the applicable licensing documentation.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on j199, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• Not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of j199 or any affiliated operator entity;
• Not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from j199 or any affiliated platform;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Understand that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your country of residence, and that you are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws.

j199 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account at any time if eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be verified.

Each Player may hold only one Account on j199. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple Accounts are detected under the same individual, j199 reserves the right to close all but one Account and void any winnings generated through a duplicate Account.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address and contact details. You must not use fictitious names, false identities, or misrepresent any detail during registration.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. j199 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep login details secure. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account security.

Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled in accordance with standard market rules before the Account is deactivated.

j199 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with the requirements of its applicable license jurisdiction. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. j199 may request verification at any point during the life of an Account, including at registration, at the time of a deposit, or prior to releasing a withdrawal.

Acceptable Documents

Documents accepted for KYC verification typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC — Computerised National Identity Card for Pakistani nationals, valid passport, or national ID card from your country of residence);
• A recent proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot or statement showing the account name matches the registered name on j199).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request being made may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, applicable fees, and available payment methods are detailed in the cashier section of your Account. j199 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time; availability is subject to operator configuration and the policies of individual payment providers.

Familiar payment rails for Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear in the cashier subject to availability. These references are informational only. None of these providers endorse gambling or j199 specifically, and their availability for gambling transactions is governed entirely by each provider's own terms and policies.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, subject to operator policy and method availability. j199 reserves the right to conduct additional security or compliance checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

Currency

All Account balances and transactions are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Where a deposit or withdrawal involves a currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the Player.

All bets placed on j199 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport, event or game in question. These rules are available within the platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

Bet Acceptance

j199 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where there is evidence of technical error, suspicious betting patterns, or potential market manipulation. A bet is not confirmed until j199 has issued a bet confirmation reference.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed on the bet slip and in the relevant market. j199 reserves the right to apply reduced maximum limits to individual Accounts where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated activity.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements and momentary suspension around events (e.g., wickets in cricket, goals in football). Bets placed during a suspended market period may be voided. j199 is not liable for any inability to place a bet during a market suspension.

Results and Settlement

Markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or recognised data provider. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, j199's decision, based on available official data, shall be final.

j199 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made, which take precedence over the general provisions of this section.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus credit and any winnings derived from bonus credit are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible markets, and time limits for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures is prohibited.
• j199 reserves the right to refuse, void or recover bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, or collusion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first deposit only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time at j199's reasonable discretion. Existing wagering commitments on previously accepted bonuses will be honoured at the time of any change.
• All bonus amounts and illustrative figures referenced on the platform are examples only and subject to change. Always verify the current offer in your Account before depositing.

j199 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooldown period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss allowed within a defined time period. When the limit is reached, further bets are automatically declined until the period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary account suspension for a specified period (24 hours to multiple months) or an indefinite exclusion. During any exclusion period, your Account is locked and promotional communications cease.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j199 platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of another person without explicit written authority;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including by means of VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to circumvent anti-money laundering obligations;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets on behalf of or in coordination with a professional syndicate or third-party betting advisory service in contravention of platform rules;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing j199 staff or other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce platform content, odds data or software.

All content on the j199 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, odds data, and user interface elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of j199 or its licensed content and technology partners. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, adapted, or used in any form without the prior written consent of j199.

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use j199's services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j199 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute or any other legal theory, even if j199 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

j199 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j199 holds its applicable operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct communication with j199's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies designated under the applicable licensing framework.

Where any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

j199 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j199 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the j199 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
